Message	No helper springs and minimal preload as per the instructions. Springs are snug so they can't rattle around when the suspension is unloaded but not additionally preloaded beyond that. I find the ride less bouncy than the kyb /eibach that I had previously. Specifically the suspension returns to neutral much quicker than the previously. I think it feels tight, crisp and precise - I can see how some people might think of it as rough depending on what they are used to.
